My wife dropped our digital Canon EOS Rebel XTi and the lens we have is possibly busted. (The auto focus popped out, off the tracking, and wont insert into the zoom housing).
First off...is this an easy fix? Can I pop this back in somehow? it looks undamaged, just dislocated from it's tracking.
Two, what other lenses are compatible?
My wifes tastes are expensive! Canon lenses cost $600 and
Nikkor 2x Teleconverter (4 Elements) and Microfiber Cleaning Cloth.

Ok, so I am researching camera lenses for DSLR cameras. so a Canon Rebel XS camera has a 18-55 mm lens, which is about 3x- not very much. an extra lense you can buy for it is 75- 300 mm- which is 4x zoom, and is $200. if I were to buy this lense, wouldn't I add it to the cameras' zoom to equal 7x??
